How long does shipping take?
As all items are custom orders, despatch can take up to 2 weeks but we do try out hardest to send your items out quicker than this.
Where is my order?
As soon as your order is despatched, you will receive an email with tracking details, additionally this can be found on your account under orders. This will then allow you to see the location of your order.
I made an error with my order, what should I do?
As all items are custom orders we cannot guarantee that we can help once the order has been placed, please ensure you double check all orders before placing. If you have made an error, please email us at hop@houseofpeachx.co.uk as soon as possible and we will try our best to assist.
My order is faulty, what should I do?
Oh no, that’s not good, we really pride ourselves on the quality of our products. Please drop us as email at hop@houseofpeachx.co.uk with a brief explanation of the issue and photos if applicable and we will get back to you ASAP!
