1. Where is my order?

All orders take up to 3 weeks for despatch but we try our hardest for it to be quicker. If it has been longer than 3 weeks and you have not received a dispatch email please contact us via the contact form at the top, please include your order number.

2. Can i amend my order?

If you would like to amend your order please contact us as soon as possible after you have placed your order. Unfortunately we are unable to amend orders after they have been despatched.
